  • Internal Family Systems Informed

Internal Family Systems is a modality that believes every human has a system of protective and wounded inner parts that are led by a core self. This approach aims to help individuals access their self, come to understand the roles our parts have had to assume, and offer compassion to help them heal.

  • LGBTQIA Affirming

This approach acknowledges the systems in place that oppress LGBTQIA individuals and reflects on how those systems effect LGBTQIA individuals. This approach also aims to help LGBTQIA individuals explore themselves, their resiliency, joy, strengths and experiences being LGBTQIA in the world.

  • Attachment

The attachment approach explores the attachments that individuals have had within their childhood that effect their relationships, how they perceive their relationships and what they need from relationships. This lens can help individuals build and rebuild their relationship with attachment to others and themselves.

  • Expressive

An expressive approach to therapy allows creative modalities such as writing, art, music to be incorporated into sessions to help individuals access their emotions, thoughts, beliefs, judgements, etc and helps with emotional processing and exploration.

  • Narrative

In Narrative Therapy, there is an emphasis on the stories we develop over time in our lives. Narrative therapy takes a look at the meaning we assign to these events and how they are influencing the various parts of our lives. Narrative therapy helps individuals find their voice and live in a way that reflects their values.
